Refund Policy
We firmly believe in and stand behind our site 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve we will be happy to consider offering a refund.
Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and must meet all of the following conditions fully:
You are within the first 30 days of the purchase of the advertisement.
No refunds will be granted after the first 30 days of the original purchase whatsoever.
Refunds will not be granted to customers who have violated our terms.
Please note that the 30 day period begins from the date of your first purchase.
This policy does not include renewals, upgrades or additional purchases after you’ve already been refunded.
By purchasing advertising from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions.
If a refund is accepted, you will receive the amount you paid in GBP.

Advertising is a once only payment for the period of time elected of one, two or three years. It is not sold on a recurring subscription basis.
This business does not deal in cash transactions and no cash payments should be made to anyone. Payment for advertising is presently via PayPal. Payment is only made by the advertiser after they have approved the advert and are satisfied with it.
Advertisement Placement
PlaceNames.me or it’s proprietor reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade an advert without prior notice or consent. This includes position placement.
Pricing
Prices of all advertising are subject to change without prior notice or consent.
Affiliates
Being an Independent Affiliate carries with it responsibilities.
*Affiliates will treat everyone equally and fairly and with respect.
*Affiliates will not engage in any unethical or illegal conduct that damages or could damage the integrity of PlaceNames.me
*Protection of Data is taken seriously. Affiliates will comply with the laws concerning the protection of data. They will
not divulge any personal or business information they come into possession of unless directly connected and necessary with being an affiliate for PlaceNames.me
Any breaches will make the Affiliate liable to immediate removal as an affiliate.
The decision of the Proprietor is final in this matter.
Advertisers
Advertisers can make reasonable alterations or amendments or delete their advertisement at any time during the period of the advertisement.
Any advertisers who are unfortunate enough to have to cease trading during the period of the advertisement are requested to give notification in order that PlaceNames.me can be updated.
Advertisers are accepted in good faith. Any advertiser found to be engaged in any illegal or unethical business practices will have their advertisement withdrawn without compensation.
PlaceNames and Proprietor
The Proprietor undertakes to maintain the website for the period of any paid advertisement.
The Proprietor cannot be held responsible for any circumstances beyond his control that prevents this however caused.
